Return Policy:

1.Please inspect the product carefully in front of the delivery representative upon receipt. If you find any defects or discrepancies, please contact us immediately.

2.You may return the product for any of the following valid reasons:

2.1-If the product is damaged. (Cracked/broken)/defective)

2.2-If the delivered product is incomplete. (If there is a shortage of any product)

2.3-If the delivered product is incorrect. (Wrong product/size/color, or expired)

2.4-If the delivered product does not match the product description or photo. (If the product does not match the advertisement.)

Refund Policy:

1. Refund is processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.

2.  Once your returned product reaches us, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.

3. You will be refunded the full price of the product, excluding courier charges.

4. The product must be unused, clean, and free of any defects.
